Christmas is just around the corner. Yep, I said “Christmas”. I love Christmas. I celebrate it every year, not just for the gifts (which are nice), not just for the food either (I love to eat), but I celebrate it for the religious aspect mostly. Plus, I love winter and snow. I don’t say it to offend anyone. I respect each person’s right to believe and celebrate what or how they want to. If someone celebrates Hanukkah, I would tell them “Happy Hanukkah”, and it wouldn’t bother me in the slightest. If someone else doesn’t celebrate it, I respect that, too. I would tell them “Happy Holidays” or “Have a great New Year”. That being said, my wife and I decorated our Christmas tree today. If ever you have been upset about decorating a Christmas tree due to the unending wounds suffered from the needles, you just need to change the tree you get. We always go with real trees. You can’t beat the wonderful scent of pine trees around this time of year. When we go find our tree, we always look for an “Eastern White Pine“. They have long needles, and are very soft to the touch. Since we found this wonderful tree, I have not once had a wound from decorating. Here is my picture for today. I hope you enjoy it!
